CURRENT STATUS (as of 2/4/19)

The project is progressing at a good pace.  The floor logo has been installed and low voltage systems prepped and are ready to go online in the beginning of February.  The shelving installation is wrapping up.  Additional VCSO requirements such as additional rear parking fencing, razor wire at chiller yards, added key pads and sensors, additional bicycle storage, plastic bollards, and a paved road to the boat house have been incorporated. Ajax has been generating and working internal deficiency lists for the trades and is addressing Punch lists generated by Volusia County SSA and their consultants.  All documentation for commissioning has been submitted for review and Ajax is awaiting scheduling from OCI for onsite commissioning.
