The structural systems start with conventional shallow spread footings supporting a structural steel frame. The ground floor level is a 4” concrete slab on grade, the second is a metal deck and concrete system supported by bar joist. The roof consists of bar joist supporting metal deck with insulation and roofing membrane providing weather-tightness. Architectural features include a two story atrium waiting area, a dramatic covered entrance and large areas of full height curtain-wall and glazing.

CURRENT STATUS (as of 6/10/19)

During the month of May, we have completed all foundations, and have poured half of the building slab. One of the two elevator towers has been topped out, and the other is half way up. May has been a very dry month which has allowed for half of the underground rough ins to be installed, and the other half is to be completed in the next few days. The site contractor has been slow to progress; however, they have been given direction on how to proceed. The TOC site received a safety inspection from Marc Reeves with a 100% in compliance grade.
