CURRENT STATUS (as of 11/5/19)

During the month of October, the concrete contractor completed the back stair case. The back stairwell has had its framing removed and is now free standing. The entirety of the structural steel has been completely erected; however, a few issues with the Porte Cochere still need to be resolved. The interior monumental stairs have been installed, and both landings have been poured. The framing contractor has completed all of the first and second floor, and only have a few small areas remaining in sequence 7. The framing contractor has completed the framing for the parapets on the roof. First floor duct work has been completely installed on the first floor and has passed its initial pressure test. The roof is now about 80% complete, and the exterior EFIS is well underway.
