Okaloosa County Crestview Courthouse

Ajax will lead the Design-Build team to replace the original courthouse built in 1953, which has not been able to keep up with the growth of the community.  The new 68,000 square foot facility will provide an efficient design to the citizens of Okaloosa County, while enhancing County services to the public.  Courtrooms and Judges Chambers, along with court support space will be a primary component of the new Courthouse.  In addition, the County will house several of its administrative services, including a Board of County Commissioners Chamber, in the new facility.  Construction is expected to begin in the Fall of 2016.
