Northwest Florida State College Student Services & Engineering Technology Building Renovations

This project will include the demolition and renovation of approximately 33,000 SF in the Student Services building and approximately 12,900 SF of space in the Engineering Technologies Building.

CURRENT STATUS (as of 12/3/18)

Building 310 November: The D&F contractor is near completion on 2nd floor interior wall framing. The plumbing contractor completed priming the 1st floor walls & block filling stairwell walls. The plumbing contractor completed 2nd floor under slab work and 2nd floor in wall plumbing rough-in is near completion. The mechanical contractor completed insulating all 1st floor ductwork and piping and 2nd floor ductwork rough-in is on-going. The electrical contractor will be complete with 2nd floor electrical wall rough-in by December 6th. 2nd floor in-wall rough-in inspections are scheduled for December 7th. The curtainwall contractor completed 2nd floor glazing. The fire suppression contractor began overhead rough-in at exterior porch.  The roofing subcontractor began dry-in mid roofs above existing rear corridor.

Building 400 November: Job is closed out and effective date of final completion is 9/26/18. Ribbon cutting of Building 400 was held on Thursday, 11/29.
