Leon County Public Schools John G. Riley Elementary School Renovations

The John G. Riley Elementary School Project was a renovation and addition to the oldest elementary school in Tallahassee, FL. The project consisted of the construction of a new media center while converting the existing media center into a technology magnet with 4 classrooms.  A kitchen addition and classroom renovations to 7 buildings were also completed along with the associated site utilities and hardscape for the entire project.

“Ajax Building Corporation’s team was instrumental in providing value engineering options, construction sequencing and scheduling options to save time and money, and they provided comprehensive and accurate project documentation and accounting records for the school district. We are very pleased with this construction manager’s performance and integrity. I have found that regardless of positions within their company, all members get personally involved and take the project commitment seriously. “
