Georgia College & State University Renovation of Mayfair Hall and McIntosh House

This project consisted of renovations to two historic facilities on the campus of Georgia College & State University; Mayfair Hall, and McIntosh House. These are some of the oldest facilities on the campus of GCSU. Mayfair became the University’s Enrollment Management Center, which locates all student recruitment functions in this historic building adjacent to the University’s central square providing excellent access and visibility to potential students. McIntosh, an historic residence, provides space for non-academic offices which were located on the academic core of the campus.
