Eastern Florida State College, Health Science Building

Eastern Florida State College is a Health Science Building of approximately 63,000 gross square feet and a construction budget of $16,400,000. The facility is located at the Melbourne campus and is sited at a prominent “Gateway” location along Wickham Road and includes expansion for the campus wide Chilled Water system. This 2-story building consolidates a majority of the Nursing and Health Sciences Institute into one centralized campus location and includes office, classroom, laboratory, support services and student services space that facilitate the Nursing, Radiation Therapy, Surgical Tech and Respiratory Therapy programs. This new home for the Nursing and Health Sciences Institute began opening to students in the Fall of 2016.
