The advantage of the DMS prototype building approach include: greater energy efficiency, standard maintenance and training of operations personnel, more accurate cost estimates and design fee reduction. The building commissioning component of this job saved another $555,989, making this fleet of regional office buildings the most efficient in the Southeast. The $8.6 million dollar project was completed 30 days ahead of schedule.
